Refund policy

MEYSPRING Free 30 Days Returns

MEYSPRING's return policy is valid up to 30 calendar days from your purchase date. After 30 days, we are unable to issue any refunds or exchanges.

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them to be eligible for returns. They must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted: 

  1. Any item(s) returned not in its original condition, is damaged and/or missing parts for reasons, not due to our error. 
  2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

For US Customers: We will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost to you.

For International Customers: The customer is responsible for any costs associated with return shipping.

MEYSPRING Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of your refund’s approval or rejection. 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

  

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. 

Then:

  1.  Contact your credit card company/Paypal/Apple Pay/Google Pay. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  2. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 Resin Art Flow Return Policies

If you’re not satisfied with your resin product, Resin Art Flow will replace or reimburse your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date per the following conditions:

  • Your product can be replaced by anything in our family of products that costs the same as your original purchase. You may replace your product with a higher-priced product by paying the price differential.
  • Replacements, we ask that you return the unused product. The remaining product amount must be at least 70% of the original container content. Return shipment cost is at the customer’s expense.
  • Reimbursement: we will reimburse you for the full value of your purchase. So we can keep improving our products, please send us a pic of the unused portion of your resin with a brief explanation of why you didn't like your resin.
